VCSC Daily - VN-Index tumbles to eight-week low, led by banks - GDT, NKG, VSH

The VN-Index dropped 1.4% on Wednesday, slumping to an eight-week low as investors remain cautious due to the complicated COVID-19 situation in Vietnam and elsewhere in the world. Bank stocks weighed heavily on the index, led by TCB (-5.4%), VPB (-3.9%), VCB (-1.5%), VIB (-6.9%), CTG (-2.6%), ACB (-3.5%) and MBB (-3.2%).
