VCSC Daily - Stocks sink, SBV hold 6-month review meeting
The SBV held a six-month review meeting with representatives from the nation’s banks on Saturday. While it was reveal that credit growth improved, NPLs continue to rise. The news didn’t go well with investors. The VNI lost 7.32 points to close at 408.12 (-1.72%) and the HNI sank 2.11% to settle at 68.2. Trading was especially weak to start the week at just a tad over VND700 billion on the combined bourses.
