VCSC Daily - Stocks little changed again; Energy names extend rally - FDI - VIC

The VN-Index barely budged, dropping less than a tenth of a percent on Tuesday. The index has fallen six of the last eight sessions, but each loss has been two tenths of a percent or smaller. GAS (+1.5%) rose to its highest level since December 2014 and is up 37% over the last six months as Brent crude oil prices hit a two-year high in Asian trading today.
