VCSC Daily - Stocks hit seven-week high as financial tickers increase - Trade surplus - CII

On Thursday, the VN-Index reached a seven-week high as it climbed a half of percent for the second consecutive session. Global markets were generally up following U.S. Fed Chairman Jerome Powell hinting at an interest rate cut during testimony in front of Congress on Wednesday.
