VCSC Daily - SBV clamp down on investment trusts, BIDV to list Nov/Dec

Our view: The gains were small and volumes were lower but nevertheless the market extended its winning streak to four in a row. The VNI rose 0.25% to 394.7 while the HNI also edged up 0.1% to 55.5. Liquidity declined 19% to only VND679 billion as demand remain weak. Foreigners maintained interest although their buying has slowed, recording VND7 billion and VND1 billion in net buy value on the southern and northern bourse respectively.
